The Social Media Feed Coordinator is responsible for creating and publishing compelling original content across diverse platforms while actively engaging with followers and prospective customers to maintain the company’s image. Their primary focus involves managing and implementing effective social media strategies across various platforms, with a clear aim of enhancing brand visibility, fostering meaningful connections with the company’s target audience, and driving organic growth.

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling, on-brand content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and more. Utilize writing, storytelling, and communication skills to create content that aligns with the brand. Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to align content with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and implement innovative ideas.
  • Social Media Strategy: Work closely with marketing and social media teams to develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Analyze social media insights and data to refine strategies for optimal performance. Identify strategic placement of content across social media platforms to maximize outreach to the targeted audience.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Plan and execute creative and results-driven social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments and mentions on social media channels in a timely and engaging manner. Foster authentic interactions with followers to build and maintain a positive brand image. Connect with patients to solicit testimonials (i.e., written or home video) and after photos for social media content with proper patient consent.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on key social media metrics and campaign performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • A passion for social media and staying informed about the latest industry trends.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop unique content ideas.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, as well as editing and scheduling tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Prior social media experience in a coordinator or intern role
