Social Media Director

NOBULL
NOBULL is currently seeking a Social Media Director to join the marketing team. We are looking for a candidate with entrepreneurial ambition and passion. A Social Media Director is a strategist, content creator, marketer, designer, analyst, community manager and customer service rep. We’re looking for a candidate who can bring skills and experience to each of those facets of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the creation, posting, and optimization of day-to-day social media content across all owned channels
- Create and scale new social media channels beyond existing accounts
- Create relevant and engaging content that supports the business that is unique to each channel
- Master NOBULL’s brand voice and represent NOBULL across all social channels
- Continue to evolve the creative identity of NOBULL on social media
- Actively monitor, respond to, and escalate (when needed) inbound comments across all social media channels in real-time
- Report on content performance and present social insights and best practices
- Build creative assets for various social platforms when necessary
- Use social media tools to publish content, monitor conversations and trending topics, and gather performance metrics
- Support e-commerce sales through strategic social media plans such as product launches
- Stay current with digital/social and consumer trends to make recommendations
Requirements:
- 10+ years of social media experience
- Track record of excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to pivot and execute content and engagements in a social media timeframe
- Proven creative vision and ability to execute the creation of content
- Knowledge and understanding of social channels and their role in people’s lives
- Strategy for each channel and the role it plays in the brand’s content ecosystem
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent editorial judgment
- Familiarity with social media management and publishing tools
