The Social Media and Event Coordinator will have a focus on a combination of event planning, digital analytics and social media management with additional marketing responsibilities in the areas listed below.
Responsibilities
- Assist in meeting, trade show, and plant visit/tour planning.
- Provide and analyze data, make recommendations in determining target audience, contribute ideas and strategy to developing marketing campaigns, implement and manage campaigns.
- Coordinate with teams to evolve employer branding and present Metalcraft as the area’s employer of choice, and each of our divisions as the brand of choice in their market category.
- Maintain, develop and implement digital advertising and digital initiatives, assist with social media campaigns, and brand consistency across platforms.
- Creation of individual graphic elements, videos and campaigns in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Answer, log, and forward general web inquiries.
- Manage relationships with marketing related vendors and agencies.
- Generate monthly reports on key marketing metrics.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience with strong digital focus.
- Experience with Adobe products, WordPress, social media platforms, MailChimp, Search Engine Optimization.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives, simultaneously, efficiently and effectively.
- Strong editing, writing, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred but not required.
