We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Assistant to join our team. As a Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and creating content for our company’s social media platforms. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s online presence and engaging with our audience.
Pay: $22.50 – $30.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across all social media channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns
- Conduct social media and competitor research, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our online presence
- Track and analyze social media metrics and user engagement, preparing regular reports for management
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Familiarity with social media analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics or Sprout Social
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
