About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Strategist to develop and implement our social media marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. The Social Media Strategist will play a key role in building and enhancing our brand presence, driving engagement, and increasing followers across various social channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
    • Identify target audience segments and tailor content to resonate with each group
  • Content Creation and Curation:
      • Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video posts, for various social media platforms.
      • Curate relevant and trending content from both internal and external sources to supplement the content calendar.
      • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent branding across all social media channels.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and direct messages.
    • Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and inquiries.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase user-generated content and brand advocacy.
  • Social Media Advertising:
    • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific objectives, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and audience growth.
    • Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics and goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media initiatives.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and key stakeholders.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and improve performance.
  • Stay Update on Industry Trends:
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media algorithms and features.
    • Identify and recommend innovative and effective social media tactics to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of social media content best practices.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms and tools.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certification in Social Media Marketing or related areas.
  • Experience in social media strategy for B2B or B2C brands.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
