Cambria is seeking a dynamic, skilled professional to join our growing brand marketing team as Social Media Manager. As we embark on a journey of expansion and evolution, the Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in elevating the Cambria brand presence and driving engagement across key social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the home and design category, emerging trends, and an innate ability to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience. The Social Media Manager will execute and maintain the content strategy, oversee the editorial calendar, and lead platform management and growth for our most valuable channels.

You’ll be surrounded by innovation and stunning design daily – a heart for interior design is a must. The position works from Cambria’s headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and reports to the Director, Social Media.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s business objectives for @CambriaSurfaces.
  • Manage and grow our presence and community on key social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn, through day-to-day execution and management of editorial calendar.
  • Ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice and presence across all social media channels, maintaining brand aesthetic and values.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches, campaigns, collaborations, and special events.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging social-first content, working closely with the creative team to integrate brand priorities seamlessly into the social media narrative.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and influencers to ensure a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all social media channels that achieves desired business outcomes.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster community and engagement
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze KPIs and execute social listening, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Develops content for field sales teams, and supports training on social selling.
  • Identifies current social media trends and utilizes them to improve company’s social performance.
  • Identifies and curates user-generated content from designers and influencers.
  • Writes engaging, on-brand social copy.
  • Researches competitors and stays on top of market trends and algorithm changes to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Lead and manage direct reports, including but not limited to developing, guiding, and assigning ownership of department projects and duties.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the luxury home design or related industries.
  • 2 years of experience managing and developing people.
  • Proven success in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram platform, algorithm, and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
  • Consistent record of creating innovative storytelling and engagement approaches for B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:8 years of experience in social media, preferably within the luxury home or design industry.

Systems: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Proficient in all social media platforms including but not limited to; Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.

Additional Requirements:

Managerial Requirements: Yes, this position has supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Requirements: Standard corporate requirements.

Travel Requirements: Minimal domestic travel to support social engagement at event openings and other events.
