Your Role as a Social Media Intern:

As the Social Media Intern at Relias, you will contribute to the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns for B2C brands like Nurse.com, Wound Care Education Institute, and Relias Academy. Working closely with the B2C social media team, you will implement integrated marketing strategies, social media executions, and influencer partnerships to effectively communicate brand messages to the target audience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across organic and paid social media channels.
  • Support content creation across various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Schedule content across social media channels.
  • Aid in influencer marketing campaigns, including research, engagement, execution, and reporting.
  • Research industry trends and competitors, compiling weekly social media trends reports for informed decision-making.
  • Maintain and organize creative assets for marketing use.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in integrated marketing communications and/or social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, interpreting data to derive meaningful insights.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
