Our Social Media Account Managers are the creative force behind our clients’ marketing endeavors. This role offers a dynamic and diverse environment where no two days are the same. As a key contributor, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling copy, designing graphics, and developing strategic marketing plans for our clients across various social media platforms.

Who We Need Right Now: We are seeking a candidate with extensive knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing principles. This individual should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of consistently growing our clients’ brands. The ideal candidate embraces continuous learning, values feedback, and is adept at crafting error-free content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging marketing content across various platforms, including social media, landing pages, product pages, banners, email campaigns, ad campaigns, and branded documents.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager to develop effective marketing content strategies, staying abreast of marketing trends and understanding clients’ businesses.
  • Adapt content to match the unique voice and branding of each client, pushing beyond generic messaging to create customized, impactful content.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in every piece of content, meeting high standards and free of grammatical or spelling errors.
  • Communicate professionally and proactively, responding promptly to teammates and client inquiries.
  • Prepare monthly stats and client reports, utilizing tools like Google Analytics to track relevant stats and provide meaningful insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive copywriting experience or a degree in English, journalism, creative writing, communications, or public relations.
  • Strong storytelling skills, a rich vocabulary, and the ability to write in the perfect tone for clients’ brands.
  • Expert revision skills and a keen eye for detail to deliver error-free content.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to adapt to changes and meet tight deadlines.
  • SEO experience to write content optimized for search engines.

Location: This role is Florida-based, with the majority of work done remotely. Occasional in-person work in Ormond Beach may be required, and the candidate should have accessible transportation for these sessions.
