With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking an individual who will play a pivotal role in enhancing NET’s brand presence across various platforms, contributing to increased exposure and reaching a national and international audience.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold and promote the NET brand across social platforms, aligning with brand goals and strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of Customer Experience, Marketing, Communication, and Sales objectives.
- Create and maintain graphics for email, social media, website, and other communications.
- Develop high-quality images and videos to meet brand, marketing, and advertising goals.
- Maintain and update the company’s website regularly.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive social media strategy to engage and expand NET’s following.
- Create and schedule social media and internal communication posts on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Write compelling copy for all communication channels.
- Monitor and respond to online activity across social media channels.
- Enhance internal communications, fostering a complete digital communication approach.
- Encourage increased social media participation among employees.
- Create collateral such as PIMs, brochures, cards, pamphlets, ads, and other printed or digital materials.
- Analyze and assist in the development of strategies for social media and website traffic to enhance organizational reach.
- Provide data analytics and performance analysis, maintaining and developing metrics.
- Actively participate in the marketing, communications, sales, and public relations team, contributing to the achievement of company goals.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for presentations and reports.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Initiative and resourcefulness, demonstrating the ability to see projects through to completion.
- Genuine curiosity and a desire to learn, adapting to the company’s evolving needs.
- Graphic design experience is essential, along with a minimum of 3 years in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
- Some college and/or certifications in relevant areas are preferred.
- Solid background in customer service, communications, event planning, and design.
- Experience in running or working with a social media calendar.
