What We’re Looking For In a Social Media Specialist

You might be perfect for this position if you can meet the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing and strategizing social media platforms
  • Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct audience and buyer persona research
  • A track record of excellent follow-through on tasks and strategies
  • Competence in using AI tools to scale social media presence and optimize content or the willingness to quickly learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
