We’re currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator that is organized, detail-oriented and energetic!

This role will work with the brand marketing team to support programs that grow brand awareness and engagement for Learning Resources. As this position focuses primarily on social media, it is a great role to become specialized in this area of marketing.

Scope Of Responsibilities

The individual in this role will:

  • Drive social media content development, employing ideation, graphic design, and compelling copywriting for impactful daily videos and posts.
  • Implement and optimize social media posts across all channels through the effective use of Sprout Social.
  • Contribute to the success of marketing team campaigns by aligning strategies across diverse social platforms on a daily and weekly status.
  • Demonstrate measurable results by regularly reporting key program metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis, utilizing tools such Sprout Social and Apex Drop.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring social media groups, trends, and tools, and provide real-time recommendations to the marketing team for agile decision-making.
  • Foster engagement by proactively interacting with and responding to individual users and groups on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Team, providing support in presentation development and reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Take charge of the Social Influencer Program, overseeing correspondence, sample shipments, tracking progress, measuring success, and delivering comprehensive reports on a quarterly basis.
  • Generate compelling content, whether filmed or photographed, tailored for effective use across various social channels.
  • Contribute to TikTok and Amazon Lives initiatives, enhancing the brand’s presence and engagement on these platforms.
  • Other duties for this role will be assigned as necessary/appropriate.

Requirements/Preferences

  • 1+ years of experience in an Agency, Retail or CPG environment with proven track record in social media
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Similar Field
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in Photoshop or Canva
  • Highly detail-oriented, outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Results-driven attitude; a self-starter who thinks and participates effectively, both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prioritizes responsibilities and highly organized; able to track multiple projects at once
