Join us in a dynamic role working with clients, directing shoots, and ensuring the creation of compelling content. As a Social Media Manager, you will strategize, implement, and manage social media accounts for multiple brands.
This includes overseeing video editors and copywriters to produce top-tier content. The position may require occasional commuting to our office in Encino, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and implement social media strategies across multiple brands.
- Manage content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Identify insights and social media trends through data analytics.
- Collaborate with copywriters and brand teams.
- Engage and grow online communities through effective community management.
- Monitor brand consistency, customer engagement, and web traffic of social media campaigns.
- Analyze competitor social media channels.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, video editing, and/or creative direction.
- Proficiency in content creation specialized for various social media platforms.
- Experience with photography and graphic design is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
Compensation:
- $150 to $400 per month, per social account managed
- $20 to $25 per hour
- Location: Encino, CA
Note: Starts on a contract basis. Full-time positions offered to top performers.
