You will work closely with various teams to ensure our content aligns with our overall marketing strategy and brand voice.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the retail or consumer sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Creative skills with experience in tools like Canva and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of FTC guidelines and best practices in influencer marketing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

What Are We Looking For?

• Proficiency in social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Ability to adapt tone and style for different social media platforms.
• Experience with scheduling tools like HootSuite and familiarity with analytics tools.
• Creative skills in Canva and Photoshop for content creation.
• Passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Building the content calendar and optimizing content placement across channels.
• Writing and editing engaging social media content.
• Partnering on Paid Social Marketing strategy.
• Moderating comments and messages.
• Analyzing and improving performance using analytics tools.
• Growing our list of influencers and managing influencer marketing programs.
