The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will manage all aspects of the social media and marketing program, which includes planning, coordinating and implementing all social media strategies through various platforms for internal and external audiences and other stakeholders.

The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will oversee all social media content under The Companys various brands and brand standards in order to meet business objectives, community engagement and to promote events and announcements.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • The successful candidate will need to be proficient in corporate social media digital content and reputation management.
  • Advanced skills in various social media platforms including Hootsuite.
  • Ability to utilize real-time data analytics to measure applicable data.
  • Knowledge of Canva and WordPress is strongly preferred along with knowledge of Link Tree.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Ability to prioritize work and/or multi-task to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to details.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develops, manages and executes The Companys social media strategy across multiple brands, using multiple platforms that include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Schedules, publishes, manages and tracks social content for the organization.
  • Tracks and optimizes content and monitors daily dashboard to achieve business goals.
  • Writes and edits all social media posts, engages with community partners by monitoring social media posts, acknowledge and responds to followers.
  • Makes recommendations for program improvement based on industry needs.
  • Sets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, measuring and reporting campaign performance for leadership. Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Tracks and regularly reports on system net promoter score and online comments for reviews.
  • Oversees online listening accounts for analytic tools (i.e.,/ Google My Business, SEMrush, Review Trackers, etc).
  • Create and manage paid social media campaigns including budget, setting KPI’s and reporting on performance and return on investment.
  • The incumbent will carry out procedures under constantly changing conditions in conformance with instructions from the supervisor.
  • The incumbent will work alone most of the time but will regularly meet with the CEO and COO.

  • Marketing
  • Use marketing skills to help secure new clients and candidates.
  • Manage social media content and website updates.
  • Create high volume of high-quality content for social media for multiple brands and post across various social medial channels on a daily basis.
  • Monitor competitors for action and social media presence and create a report and feedback for management to review.
  • Create surveys and help publish the results.
  • Writing
  • Assisting with the creation of newsletters and blog articles
  • Greet visitors to the company office.
  • Light Office management including ordering office and trade show supplies, creating meeting summaries, scheduling appointments, and managing/updating calendars.
  • Conduct various organizational activities, including daily administrative tasks, database updates, creating email blasts, systematize and organize information in the office, write articles for publication, and prepare reports.
  • Research and review vendors as directed.
  • Establish a professional network and will contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Research various topics, including marketing leads, new methods of sourcing candidates and clients, and collect and analyze that research.
  • Maintain confidential information.
  • Plan and complete projects, including following up on all results.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge and by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Work experience: Minimum of 1 years of related experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field that requires strong writing skills required.
  • Marketing experience
  • Experience with social media including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter
  • Computer literacy and proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet Searches and ability to work within a database or CRM.
  • Knowledge of Word Press
  • Knowledge of Canva, HooteSuite and LinkTree strongly preferred
  • Writing skills
  • Strong word processing skills, attention to detail and proofreading

Travel Requirements:

May occasionally be required to attend meetings, trade shows or events. Light travel may be required around 10% of the time.
