Your Role

  • Develop, implement, and manage a content calendar for organic social media strategies across multiple platforms and companies.
  • Plan, create, curate, and share new content (including text, images, video, graphics etc.) to increase awareness and engagement for all companies.
  • Coordinate with head office to assist with development of high-value, relevant, localized content.
  • Plan and implement strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and followership across all brands.
  • Write, publish, and distribute press releases to appropriate webpages and media contacts.
  • Set up, maintain, and optimize company pages within each social platforms to increase the visibility of company social content.
  • Coordinate with and assist Channel Marketing Specialist on channel partner programs and trade show events.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with paid campaigns and content creation to optimize lead generation conversion opportunities.
  • Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
  • Perform keyword research and monitor SEO performance to identify relevant keywords and search terms for content optimization.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing and SEO efforts, report on KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure all content and interactions adhere to the establish company guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image.
  • Suggest and implement innovative strategies to enhance all brands online presence.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media technologies and best practices.

To succeed, you will need

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing, Communications Digital Media or Advertising; or related work experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in social media management, content development and SEO experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram) and their best practices.
  • Experience pulling data from social media platforms and conducting analysis and reporting out of insights/findings.
  • Search Engine Optimization experience.
  • Working knowledge of inbound marketing
  • Have a strong understanding and passion for the customer experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics and Sprout Social a plus.
  • Ability to focus and move at a fast pace, through a high volume of content needs and evolving conversations and requirements.
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly learn the industrial business model and brings with them some market intelligence.
  • Ability to work in an international cross-functional teams across a geographically dispersed organization.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently, as well as a valuable member of a team.
