Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s marketing objectives and overall business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and best practices in social media marketing.
• Implement innovative approaches to attract and retain followers, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, and allocate budgets.
• Act as the point of contact for addressing social media crises and negative feedback professionally.

Content Creation and Management:

• Create engaging and relevant social media content, including images, videos, and written materials.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual assets align with the brand’s identity and resonate with the target audience.
• Maintain a content calendar for timely and consistent posting across all social media platforms.

Social Media Channel Management:

• Take ownership of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) for the brand.
• Monitor and manage day-to-day activities on each platform, responding promptly and professionally in the established brand voice.
• Implement strategies to grow Cookies United following and increase engagement metrics.

Influencer Marketing:

• Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to amplify the brand’s presence and reach a broader audience.
• Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns, from identifying suitable influencers to tracking campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators.
• Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media initiatives and other data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Innovative Ideas & Approaches – ability to generate novel ideas for defining, implementing, and managing business/support-driven changes.
• An accomplished record of developing and fostering successful cross-organizational work relationships to solve problems.
• Advanced ability to meet schedule and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects with a range of priorities. Ability to provide technical and programmatic direction.
• The ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design/execution choices.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related study.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in social media management, with a focus on building brand awareness and driving engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaigns.
• Ability to create unique content through digital photography and using apps like Photoshop and basic video editing is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting.
• Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Passion for the latest trends in social media and technology.

• The work is performed in an office environment. Sitting for long periods of time.
