The Ride Aventon team is looking for a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for crafting and executing compelling social media campaigns that resonate with the target audience, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Leveraging expertise in platform algorithms, content creation, and influencer collaboration, this specialist navigates the dynamic digital landscape to optimize brand visibility and sales. Key performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates, guide their strategies, ensuring a cohesive and impactful online presence that aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow Aventon’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms) by developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy.
  • Create and curate compelling content that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and generates leads.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with followers to foster a positive brand image and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with the brand’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Use social media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for how the brand can capitalize on these trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other relevant social media accounts to expand the brand’s reach and credibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Experience with social media advertising and creating sponsored content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with influencers and building relationships with them to promote brand products and services on social media.
  • Experience measuring the ROI of influencer campaigns and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Passion for cycling and knowledge of the cycling industry is a plus.
  • Solid videography skills are a plus.
