Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and creative Social Media Assistant to join our team in the architecture and planning industry.

As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our social media strategy, engaging with our audience, and expanding our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with our brand’s objectives.
• Manage and update all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create visually appealing and engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts.
• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, questions, and reviews, and respond in a timely manner.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using relevant analytics tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices and recommend strategies to optimize our social media presence.
• Assist with the planning and execution of events and promotions to increase brand awareness and engagement.
