Social Media Community Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple profiles across the major social channels
  • Manage community engagement, including answering questions in comments, direct messages, engaging with our athletes/influencers, and liking tagged posts
  • Work with broader marketing team, including other regional teams and licensees, to align on content, calendar, and messaging
  • Create stimulating and on-brand copy for captions
  • Own your social profile’s calendars, keeping them update-to-date and detailed enough to be share with teams inside and outside the organization
  • Become a Sprout expert, our preferred social media management tool calendaring, postings, organizing, analyzing and tracking all through social
  • Create monthly and adhoc reports on how the performance of the profiles you are responsible for using Sprout and platform in-app analytics
  • Source, contribute and create/edit content for all social platforms including video, story, and in-feed content
  • Track and manage content availability for future posts
  • Build seasonal social shot lists for product flat-lays
  • Work with content creators and athletes on the team to plan out collaborative posts
  • Keep up with social media trends and integrate them authentically into brands social channels
