Bonafide is currently looking for an energetic and driven candidate who has a passion and interest in social media strategy, content, creative management, and community development.
Bonafide’s Brand Content + Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the execution of the company’s growing social media goals, working alongside our in-house marketing team, customer service team, creative team and outside partners, to facilitate stronger community building and best-in-class content dissemination across Bonafide’s organic social media presence(s).
The right candidate will fill a vital role in helping to support Bonafide’s goal of becoming the go-to resource for women’s health solutions (40+) and educational information.
Reporting to Bonafide’s Senior Director of Content and Community, this will be a hybrid role – where the ideal candidate will be able to come into the office 1x a week with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the work week. Willing to consider 100% remote for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Own the ideation, creation and management of Bonafide’s monthly organic social content calendar (specific to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn–may expand to additional platforms), pulling through higher-level editorial themes, product promotions and trending hashtags
- Partner with the creative team to develop visual assets and copy placements across Bonafide social properties (may include management of outside creative vendors)
- Strategize, implement, and manage new tactics to develop brand awareness, such as social promotions, giveaways, brand partnerships, IG Lives, etc.
- Revamp current community communications strategy to create a more branded and personalized experience–includes optimizing current macros, monitoring social media engagement, as well as training and managing CX associates on comment moderation
- Launch and manage an organic content strategy for Pinterest
- Revamp company LinkedIn strategy to create a branded, curated experience from a business-to-professional perspective
- Manage organic social media content DRA approvals and scheduling on a monthly basis
- Manage Lnk.Bio link scheduling, curation and management for monthly content updates
- Grow and nurture existing organic social media accounts, specifically across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
- Conduct quarterly industry audits of relevant competitor social media presences, and provide insights to drive social and content strategy iterations to improve engagement
- Own monthly and quarterly performance reporting to show impact of newly implemented social tactics, creatives and trends, along with recommendations for continued organic social media growth and content engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Business Communications
- 3-4 years of organic content curation, community management and social media marketing team management experience
- Deep interest and personal experience in sharing content across relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.) as well as a strong interest in brand community building
- High energy, quick learner, with a strong attention to detail, who is eager to grow their career in brand marketing in a fast paced, collaborative, start-up environment
- Organized with strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to multitask and prioritize day to day deliverables
- Strong communication skills with the ability to formulate and present ideas and strategy to a team
- Avid user of social media platforms and consumer of online media, with a familiarity and interest toward branded content and community
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint Outlook, and Excel, as well as experience with SproutSocial
- Canva experience is a plus
Salary And Benefits
Salary range: $85,000-$100,000 annually; Actual salary will be based on experience.
