The Sage Group’s client, a leading cloud collaboration service headquartered in San Francisco, is currently seeking a Senior Social Media Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an editorial calendar aimed at growing and engaging the client’s organic social communities. This focus includes current enterprise users, prospective enterprise users, partners, and thought leaders who influence opinions in the enterprise software sector.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer-facing teams to enhance awareness and engagement with product features, content, educational resources, and other vital company initiatives.
• Conduct daily monitoring of social mentions and conversations across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and partners on behalf of our client, including responding to comments and sharing/retweeting relevant content.
• Identify captivating use cases and potential customer stories.
• Identify and redirect customer issues to our support team.
• Regularly analyze earned mentions, providing actionable insights and highlighting trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, social listening, and community management.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders for social calendar development.
• Proficiency in crafting social copy for an audience of enterprise B2B technology decision-makers.
• Strong working knowledge of Hootsuite.

Hours: Part-time, 15 – 20 hours per week

Duration: November 1, 2023, to January 31, 2023; potential for extension

Compensation: $65 – $70+ per hour
