MATTE is seeking a Social and Digital Strategist with a strong background in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate should be a digital native with expertise in best practices across major social media channels and a comprehensive understanding of content channels within and outside the US market.

This role requires a results-backed, data-driven creative approach, a deep awareness of the current creator community, and the ability to effectively navigate and leverage social and digital media.

Experience in producing and creating content is essential, and any background in media flights and media strategy is a bonus.

Core Responsibilities:

Social Content Calendars:

  • Develop and manage social content calendars for clients and the MATTE brand, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all channels.

Social Content Strategy:

  • Create and execute social content strategies for clients and MATTE’s brand, aligning with overall business objectives.

Social Creative Strategy (Client):

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and compelling social creative strategies for clients that resonate with target audiences.

Talent Selection + Curation (Client):

  • Identify and curate suitable talent for client campaigns, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Community Management:

  • Manage and engage with online communities for clients and the MATTE brand, fostering meaningful interactions, and responding to inquiries and comments.

Identifying/Defining/Analyzing Success Metrics (Client):

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social campaigns and initiatives. Analyze data to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with media flights and media strategy.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 per annum

This is initially a temporary position with the potential for permanency based on performance.
