Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our company’s goals and vision. Create and manage social media content calendars across multiple platforms.
• Plan, launch, and optimize free and paid campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, GitHub, and YouTube. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Continuously explore and test new strategies, angles, and approaches to rapidly increase brand awareness and reach a wider audience.
• Generate engaging and informative content related to AQ technology. Work with a high-profile braintrust of senior advisors. Share insights, research, and thought leadership pieces to showcase our expertise.
• Actively engage with science and tech creators on our different teams. Build relationships and create partnerships that enhance our brand’s reputation.
• Provide regular reports on program performance, highlighting key metrics and insights. Use data to refine strategies and improve results.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven track record of successfully driving brand growth through social media for one or more tech companies.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role in the startup space
• Passion for deep tech, including physics, chemistry, AI, and computer science. Ability to discuss complex topics in an accessible and engaging way.
• A degree in a STEM field is ideal but not mandatory.
• Experience managing paid campaigns across various platforms. Knowledge of various tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms
• Strong communication and networking skills to engage with diverse audiences, from scientists to business professionals.
• Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset with a willingness to constantly learn.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to make a significant impact in the AI industry.
