As the owner of the social media function, this role will play an integral role in maintaining and growing AirDNA’s mindshare amongst its ideal customer profiles and creating meaningful connections with them.

This role will be responsible for managing and growing AirDNA’s social media channels while also developing mutually beneficial relationships with industry partners, affiliates, and influencers. The Social Media Manager is pivotal in driving brand awareness, building credibility, and ultimately downwind revenue and retention goals.

Here’s what you’ll get to do:

  • Develop a robust social media strategy, including establishing channel goals, core value propositions for our followers, content themes, and posting cadence.
  • Establish and manage our social media posting calendar, scheduling content requests from multiple internal and external stakeholders with a keen eye on maximizing social audience engagement.
  • Create growth goals for all social channels – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Threads, Reddit and Youtube (both paid and organic).
  • Work with demand marketing to align campaigns with overall paid strategy – including building campaigns, handling comments and reporting.
  • Create and maintain relationships with prominent influencers in the Short-Term Rental (STR) industry to increase AirDNA’s reach and credibility.
  • Schedule, plan and contribute to shared influencer campaigns (webinars, podcasts, and live events).
  • Own and grow our affiliate program of 1,100 (and counting!)

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

  • A strong understanding and demonstrated expertise in all things related to crafting, supervising, and monitoring social communities.
  • A willingness and desire to stay up to date on industry trends and explore new channels.
  • Knowledge of how to measure results, articulate insights and make recommendations from data.
  • Experience managing external relationships (influencers, partners, affiliates).
  • A deep understanding of social media’s impact on the entire marketing ecosystem.

Here’s what you can expect from us:

  • Competitive cash compensation and benefits, the salary range for this position is $80,000 – $90,000 per year.

Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potentially hired who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for this role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
