We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join the Think Goodness Brand Collective’s dynamic marketing team.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of four distinctive brands: Origami Owl Custom Jewelry, Willing Beauty, CMYK Cosmetics, and Intuitiv Wellness.

Your expertise in managing multiple brands across various social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and any emerging social media platforms, will be critical in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Your passion for social media trends, exceptional communication skills, and ability to strategize and execute successful campaigns will be key in elevating the digital presence of each brand and fostering meaningful connections with their communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement innovative and comprehensive social media strategies for each brand within the Think Goodness Brand Collective. Tailor these strategies to the unique goals and objectives of Origami Owl Custom Jewelry, Willing Beauty, CMYK Cosmetics, and Intuitiv Wellness. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure each brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and visually appealing content (text, images, videos, graphics) for each brand, optimized for various social media platforms. Collaborate with in-house photography, videography, and creative teams to design eye-catching visuals that align with the individual identities of each brand and resonate deeply with their respective target audiences.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers and the broader online community across all platforms for each brand. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, fostering meaningful conversations and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns for each brand within the Think Goodness Brand Collective. These campaigns should drive audience engagement, website traffic, and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall brand initiatives.
  • Social Media Calendar: Develop and maintain a well-organized content calendar for each brand, ensuring consistent and timely postings on all social media platforms. Utilize social media management tools like Later to schedule and automate posts efficiently. Coordinate with in-house teams to align content creation with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Influencer Outreach: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant partners for each brand within the collective. These partnerships should amplify the reach of each brand and generate authentic engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for each brand and track the success of social media efforts. Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to the marketing team and management.
  • Social Advertising: Assist in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns in partnership with our Media Agency for each brand, utilizing insights to increase reach, drive website traffic, and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Monitor Emerging Platforms: Stay alert to emerging social media platforms and trends, evaluating their potential relevance for each brand. Recommend appropriate strategies for early adoption when applicable.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, with experience managing multiple brands across various platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and familiarity with emerging platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience in crafting and implementing successful social media strategies for multiple brands.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Canva and Later (or similar) for content creation, scheduling, and automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content for each brand.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and social media advertising across various platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at problem-solving, staying organized, and adapting to changing social media algorithms and trends.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with in-house teams, including photography, videography, creative, and merchandising teams.
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing with a willingness to stay updated on industry advancements.
