We are a national, digital dental marketing agency seeking a full-time Social Media Specialist. Our focus is on curating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing social media campaigns for our clients across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Google Business Profile, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

We are looking for a team member who can adapt to our current processes and methods, manage online reviews, and enhance our clients’ online reputations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create daily content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
  • Develop and maintain clients’ social media presence and execute a posting strategy.
  • Manage and monitor both organic and paid social media efforts.
  • Design and optimize graphics and videos.
  • Establish a consistent brand voice for clients following brand guidelines.
  • Brainstorm innovative growth strategies for social media and content marketing.
  • Provide input for social media advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrate strong written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on social platforms if necessary.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate viewer engagement and experience across multiple social platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media, review, and digital marketing channels and trends.
  • Offer thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Meet with clients in a team environment to communicate social media and digital marketing strategy.
  • Consult with clients and internal team members on social media campaign strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with team members and clients.
  • Identify social media trends and insights.
  • Lead the analysis of key social insights.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Relevant internships and/or coursework in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing various aspects of digital marketing, including email, social media, online advertising campaigns, and content-related strategies, with a focus on strong copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in content development and implementation.
  • Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and devise engaging, informative, and motivating digital content campaigns.
  • Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of website and social analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Suite.
  • Familiarity with scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or similar tools.
  • Ability to interpret data and make recommendations to improve client performance.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in digital marketing.
