Packed Party is seeking a Manager of Social Media & Influencer Marketing to help grow their brand through social platforms and influencer partnerships.

Overview Of Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and execute social media strategies.
• Multitask and manage multiple timelines and launches across channels.
• Lead and contribute to tasks from start to finish.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers.
• Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurements for success.
• Create engaging social content and execute posting plans.
• Curate marketing calendars and share projections with leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and influencers.
• Manage influencer gifting and partnerships.
• Analyze and optimize social performance.
• Provide monthly reports to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Marketing + Digital Marketing Degree preferred).
• 5-7+ years of experience in Social Media Management & Social Media photography.
• Expert knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and Twitter.
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to understand the big picture and nuances of all social media platforms.
• Obsession with prioritization, accuracy, and organization.
• Strong work ethic, team player, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in tools like Planoly, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and Google Drive.
