The Atlantic Club is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) responsible for driving attendance, engagement, and revenue growth for our organization and supporting revenue centers.

The DMM plays a pivotal role in supporting corporate initiatives, fundraising, and special events by crafting and executing the digital marketing and communications strategy. We are looking for a consummate storyteller with a strong background in copywriting, digital content creation, social media management, digital analytics, photography, and audio and video editing.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media/Google:

  • Manage all aspects of social media posting, strategy, and reporting for both paid and organic content across all platforms for all businesses.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all digital advertising representatives.
  • Oversee and manage all digital business listings and reviews, including Google My Business, Bing Local, Yahoo Local, Yelp, and Google+.

Web:

  • Track conversion rates and implement improvements to enhance the website’s user experience.
  • Optimize the website for SEO and usability.
  • Maintain and update all websites.
  • Collaborate with team members on advanced website integrations, such as forms, Club Automation integration, ecommerce, KeepMe, Calendly, and other advanced programming features.

Email Marketing:

  • Create content and distribute weekly e-newsletters to TAC Member subscribers.
  • Recommend best practices for email marketing to educate the team and assist Junior Designers with additional newsletters when needed.
  • Focus on advanced email features, introduce more landing pages into campaigns, implement retargeted email campaigns, and maximize the potential of platforms like Mailchimp and KeepMe.
  • Develop an email calendar document with supportive content for the team to input.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create a diverse calendar and measure increased engagement.

Digital Partnerships:

  • Manage all digital partnerships, including but not limited to Coast Star, The Patch, Monmouth Moms, NextDoor, and TapInto RB.
  • Oversee influencer campaigns.
  • Summarize the performance and ROI of digital partnerships when applicable in the annual report.

Digital Marketing:

  • Design an annual measurable digital marketing plan in alignment with the corporate marketing plan and strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Plan and execute digital ad campaigns.
  • Create digital editorial content and distribute it within social media communities.
  • Monitor digital trends and continually explore and evaluate new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on the functionality and development of The Atlantic Club APP (Smart Health Clubs).
