In This Role:

• Assists with various advertising duties, focusing on social media marketing, content creation, social care, and engagement to grow audiences, awareness, and loyalty.
• Conduct social media audits for enterprise campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage the social media presence for Property channels.
• Assists in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with departments.
• Create and execute social media strategy through competitive research, messaging, and audience identification.
• Stay current with the competitive landscape and social/cultural trends on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and other emerging technologies.
• Generate, edit, and publish daily/weekly content within each platform to build the brand and increase visibility.
• Maintain consistency of the online community by moderating content, providing initial responses to inquiries, engaging in dialogues, and answering questions.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of paid social marketing campaigns by tracking campaign response and providing feedback on findings with actionable recommendations for performance improvements across all social platforms.
• Monitor community feedback in real-time and respond/engage with the brand’s audience seven (7) days a week across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to photograph property amenity areas, venues, team members, promotions, events, and nightlife for posting to social platforms.
• Publish event photo albums promptly and maintain a collection of promotional/lifestyle images.
• Assist with creating and presenting monthly social media progress reports and competitive analysis reports to Marketing and Executive management.
• Must have time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Must be available to capture social content during high-traffic times (evenings and weekends).
• Have in-depth knowledge of using popular platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok.
• Responsible for always practicing, supporting, and promoting Gun Lake Casino’s “4-Diamond Standards.”
• Maintain a high level of personal integrity on and off duty.
• Practice teamwork, support fellow Team Members, and create an energized, positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Interact with Guests in a friendly and courteous manner and handle all Guest opportunities promptly.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Maintain excellent grooming and uniform standards.
• All other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with a concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or related field is required. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• A minimum of two (2) years of project management and digital marketing experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Work experience in the gaming or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Must obtain a Gun Lake Tribal Gaming License.
