L’Oréal
Build Biolage yearlong trust builder advocacy strategy with nano & micro creators (both professional stylists & consumers) by inviting them to be part of the Biolage community.
Responsibilities:
- Lead building an advocacy list by collecting mailing addresses and building relationships with these influencers all year & continue to mail them products on an ongoing basis.
- Goal is to create a list of 100+ influencers that we actively engage with.
- Work with influencers to do Biolage product giveaways on their social channels to encourage post engagement.
- Lead creating a social notecard for our artist mailings with social instructions encouraging our Biolage artists to post & ensure they are hashtagging our brand & using correct hashtags per product launch.
- Identify 5-10 Biolage salons/stylists (non-paid RE’s AEs) who have a social following & are actively posting about our brand & gift them free product monthly to incentivize them to continue posting & hashtagging our brand as appreciation.
- Lead in ownership with Tayler on managing all 2023 influencer campaigns in partnership with the agency of record (Collectively).
- Lead in ownership with Tayler & marketing on all 2023 UGC content creator asset creation for paid social & PDP how-to videos for 2023 launches.
- Collaborate with Tayler to create a Pinterest strategy for the Biolage Pinterest page & work with our designer to create pins in new packaging.
- Collaborate with Tayler on the owned TikTok strategy to ensure we are fueling our advocacy strategy & engaging micro influencers.
- Look for existing content that we could repurpose for the owned TikTok channel to fuel our feed.
- Manage TikTok community management; engaging with people who are tagging the brand by liking and commenting back on posts.
- Manage weekly Facebook page post cadence & community manage all Facebook comments on a daily basis.
- Work with DMI to get Instagram monthly calendar to leverage for planning of weekly posts.
- Work with DMI to ensure no products that the DMI are posting are out of stock in the USA.
- Update salon resources social assets with new big bets and launch content.
- Create monthly SSC social posts for the salon centric sales team and Biolage salons.
- Work with Salon Centric Social team to identify It Takes A Pro Biolage squad team members, co-create briefs, and send out products to each team member per launch.
- Provide Salon Centric with monthly Biolage UGC hair social posts to be featured on the SC Instagram channel.
- Partner with Rachel & Tayler to identify which artists would be best for SC IG story takeovers for specific launches.
- Partner with Rachel to understand Shop and Learn topics, artists, and times and create a social tile to be posted on IG stories and the Biolage Facebook page; work with Michelle to ensure she is incorporating Shop and learns in her CRM emails.
- Create a monthly social giveaway strategy across Facebook, IG, and SC IG to actively engage our Biolage community.
- Create Black Elite Salon Social Posts/deck on a monthly basis to provide to top accounts (need to check how many black elite salons Biolage has to ensure this is worth our time).
- Own Opera and Salsify management for all new launches and brand renovation.
- Manage Amazon, Ulta, JCPenny A+ content with Jason & Victor.
- Collaborate with Victor on 20 Amazon Instagram Posts pre-reno and 20 for renovation needs for the year.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Recent graduate (within 12 months) of a BA degree in a marketing or digital-related field.
- Previous internship related to marketing is a plus.
- Legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Self-starter and capable of taking action and leadership over projects.
- Well-developed computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Ability to manage, prioritize multiple assignments and work efficiently while remaining flexible to unforeseen changes in direction.
- Flexibility to commute back and forth to the location of the specific Junior Marketing Associate role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, planning skills, and follow-up skills.
- Enthusiastic team player, creative/innovative thinker with a passion for process improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
