Levy Restaurants is seeking a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. With thousands of employees, millions in annual revenue, and operations in iconic locations across the country, we are responsible for creating memorable guest experiences.

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing all social media channels, maintaining brand voice, and partnering with marketing teams to engage guests and partners across multiple platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all of Levy Restaurants’ social media profiles, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Twitter.
  • Facilitate creator partnerships and collaborations.
  • Create content for properties, including photography for local accounts.
  • Strategically plan and schedule daily posts.
  • Assist with onsite photoshoots.
  • Provide teams with sample photo guides and social media best practice guides.
  • Manage Sprout Social account.
  • Prepare weekly reporting documents highlighting key insights and progress toward goals.
  • Foster community engagement on the platforms by interacting with followers, creators, and influencers through comments, direct messages, and responsive content.
  • Create targeted Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • Provide management with feedback, both positive and negative, to enhance the guest experience.
  • Attend and cover events with the goal of producing compelling content that captures attention.
  • Share behind-the-scenes Instagram stories.
  • Assist PR teams with photo requests.
  • Share upcoming events and promotional materials with Levy Partners to facilitate cross-promotion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media profiles for a brand or organization.
  • Strong photography and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Sprout Social.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and prepare weekly reports.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to engage with followers and influencers.
  • Flexibility to attend events and capture compelling content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
