CoolToday is seeking a Social Media & Community Involvement Manager to join their Marketing Department.

As one of the largest HVAC and plumbing companies in the country, CoolToday is looking for a talented individual to contribute to their growth. In this role, you will leverage your deep experience with various social media platforms and storytelling skills to engage with current and future clients while making a meaningful impact in the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize social media marketing tools to share the company’s story by posting relevant content across all social media platforms.
• Develop the brand’s social media strategy, campaigns, and marketing content plans.
• Monitor and engage with clients and community organizations through the company’s social media accounts.
• Analyze the company’s social media strategy, identify strategic weaknesses, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Research and implement social media trends.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
• Analyze and enhance the community involvement plan to make a significant impact within the communities they serve.
• Coordinate community service opportunities for team members.
• Capture and share all significant moments with the team and the community.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of prior experience with social media campaigns and strategy.
• 1+ years of experience in agency marketing working across multiple brands.
• Deep understanding of various social media platforms.
• Drive to improve anyone and anything around you.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use data to validate and reinforce your instincts as a marketing professional.
• Willingness to try new approaches and embrace failure as a learning opportunity.
• Willingness to seek out and collaborate with local organizations to make a positive impact.
