We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Content Specialist to spearhead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media content strategies, with a proven track record of optimizing visibility, driving traffic to a landing page, and ensuring high social media engagement rates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written) that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Monitor, listen to, and respond to users in a way that fosters community growth and positive brand sentiment. Build relationships with community members, influencers, and partners to amplify brand reach and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to coordinate and promote events and product launches via social media platforms. Utilize community feedback and insights to inform and enhance product launch strategies.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge success, gain insights, and determine necessary strategy shifts. Present reports on social media ROI and key performance indicators to stakeholders regularly.

Requirement:

Education & Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and community growth related to E-Commerce.
  • Experience with social media content trends, including campaign creation, targeting, A/B testing, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including sales, product, graphic design, and PR, to achieve cohesive brand representation online.

Skills:

  • Proficiency with social media platforms, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Discord and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprinklr, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficient in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay range: $50,000 – $80,000
